Workout-I felt pretty good after yesterdays run. I could feel it but that's prety normal. I ran 10 miles in 88:55. One of my goals is to run 13.1 (half marathon) in 1:45 but I need to get my speed back up in order to do that.
Business- Handed out about 900 YourFit Personal Training fliers at the south saint paul great halloween get together. I didn't anticipate handing out that many but hopefully we'll get some calls.
I ate alright throughout the day but we had some pizza and pumpkin bars at the in-laws after trick or treating.
Breakfast-PB Bagel-milk
lifted chest shoulders and triceps
brought Brandon to b-day party
ran 10 miles-88:55( two packages of fruit snacks along the way
Lunch/ post workout- 2 ham and cheese sandwiches. chocolate milk
halloween get together (apple juice and advocare spark)
5 pieces of pizza!!! and a pumpkin bar, fun size almond joy
