I got up at 4:45 and lifted back and abs but I was pretty tired and caffeine wasn't doing much for me. Since I had all day to do cardio I put it off til the afternoon. I knew I wanted to push past my 5 mile goal today and if I forced myself to do it at 6:00 I know I would have cut it off at 5 miles...maybe 6. I started my run at about 11:45 slower than usual at 6.3 mph, bumping it up .1 every mile until I reached 6.7. I was running at an average of 7.3-7.5 about a month ago so it's a little slow going. I ended up running 8 miles in 72:15, slightly slower than a 9 minute mile. I ate alright today, but we just got home from a trick or treat deal at church. I ate about 5 mini snickers and whatnot. I had the usual pb bagel for breakfast, honey bunches of oats for lunch(yeah, easy stuff is another weakness) and after dinner snack(cereal again), chicken breast sandwich with cheese for dinner. Random stuff for snacks that I can't recall. Again not terrible, but the fun size bars were the wart of the day.
I will lift Chest,shoulders, triceps and abs and more cardio. 45 minutes at least, maybe biking if I feel any pain from my 8 miler

Business-prepared some fliers to give away at the Great Halloween get together to the adults as we pass candy to the kids. Of course a personal trainer gives away candy on Halloween....kids need to be kids....personal trainers need to be kids too.
