In the last 4 days I ran 6 miles, rested,6 miles and 9 miles. Nutritionally, things were pretty normal this week. I guess I eat a pretty typical diet. My problems lie in that I eat things that are prepared quickly because planning and cooking take time and I, like most people, am pretty busy.  I lifted Chest yesterday, back today, shoulders tomorrow, legs monday and tris/bis on tuesday. I don't think anyone is interested in the details of my lifting but I typically stay within the 12-15 repetition range and also typically perform 12-15 sets in a session.



Today I had a fitness demo at an apartment complex for our personal training business.  I met a few new people and set up 2 appointments for later this week. I hope/plan to set up a time in December to do it again at the same apartment complex as well as continue to train these two ladies. I left some business cards with some labels printed on the back giving each person a free session or 25% off a personal training package.While I have a studio in my basement, it seems to make alot of sense to continue to train people at their own locations or on neutral ground to alleviate some of the intimidation involved with exercise.
