 Just Starting
Ok, so I just started this all water diet today. I woke up and weighed 184 pounds, I didn't even know I weighed this much   its crazy but anyways I'll let you know how much I weigh half way through the day to see if its working.

An all water diet is not healthy...actually too much water can throw your water balance off and can kill you. (now I am talking gallons here, not a few glasses). you need food to supplement your body for it to function, fuel. You just need to watch what you eat, control your portions and exercise. It took a long time to gain the weight, it will take time to lose the weight. But it won't happen over night.
