Well its nasty basically as again i know first hand.

I have still got an ED but its not as bad as it was, & i just want to tell people that have an ED  there is a light at the end of the tunnel.

What i did that help was firstly buy an exercise dvd, & if you think what your eating is going to put weigh on you then dont eat it.
eat things like salads,meats,fruits & veg stay away from fried things & [have potatoes....bread..pasta...only every so often] things like that.
& do your exercise dvd 3 times a week or 4 times a week.

hope this helps

p.s DONT use scales to check your weight because if you do your exercises 3 times a week you will build a bit of muscle [while burning fat] muscle is heavier than fat. but you WILL be thin & toned.
