"Broken Hearted Lovers"
Beats of my heart are unorganized, a
Rhythm only known to the heart
Of a lover who's been forgotten,
Knifed in the chest
Escaping the mold of a normal heartbeat
Nearing a slow, lonely death
Hurting in the worst way
Every way that I can
Angered by the words that I keep behind my tongue
Regretting not saying them before
Tortured by regret night and day
Envy is the worst feeling
Don't give in
Let me dedicate this poem to all of the
Other lovers who don't realize their own
Value,
Every other lover who's been forgotten...let this be your
Remedy, fix your broken heart
Suture it up fast, don't let it bleed on the floor...
