June 09' with a bang!! ( S,o)

Welcome to June,not a good start at all. I have to admit it was mostly my fault though. I was almost positive I wasn't going to get my hall on this bid and told her to make her work schedule around one shift ,because it was off during the holiday (Christmas and New years) and all of our vacation plans were around this schedule. When I got my phone call about bidding, The hall I figured would be filled had an opening.. So I jumped on it. We had talked the night before their may be a chance I would get it,but, their were 2 more people ahead of me and I thought one would take it but didn't. She told me if it was there take it and she would work around it,because she knows how much I like that hall. After I got off the phone with my Chief she BLEW a gasket!!! How she scheduled her work schedule around one shift and now I changed it and how I ruined the summer vacation and Christmas is done..I told her my Chief would work with me because he knew I wanted that hall too and I had planned alot around the other shift scedule. She was yelling and screaming that I only care about myself and not others and now she has to change everything. I felt bad until I realized She has to change 4 days, because she only works one day a week,plus she took off 2 weeks for our vacation...I told her she was trying to make herself out to be a Marter and that led to another blowout..needless to say we didn't speak the rest of the night and she slept on the couch for the next few hours. She had been drinking again and as always, once she starts she the yelling it won't stop until she thinks she has said what she needs too.

Well here we are 2nd day of June and already she is on a rampage...The kids were outside playing in the pool (blow up, round) good size pool, fun for our kids and the neighborhood friends to play in,holds about 150 gallons. Well the neighbors mom called and asked her to tell the her kids it was time to come home,and she did. She heard one of the kids call her a witch and she confronted the 11 yr old about it. Of course, the 11 yr old said that she was talking to her other friend about the Wizard of OZ.... My wife then watched them all leave. She called me at work and told me what happened and told me that She ( the 11 yr old) is not welcome at the house ever again and our kids will not be able to play with them at her house either.. Of course, all this was after she out smarted our kids other friend an 8 yr old. Granted this girl has issues and just wants to be the center of attention,but, what 8 yr old doesn't? The 8 yr old tried to be smart and try to out do us, we got a little pool so she went out telling everyone she is getting a water slide. anyone who wants to be in it had to come to her house so they can go buy one, she was just trying to get the other kids to come to her house. She doesn't like it when they are not playing with her and will lie at a drop of a hat to get them over to her house. So while the kids were playing in our yard she walked by and said that everyone but our daughter was invited to to slide when she gets it. Of course my wife was outside when she said this and sunk to her level of thought and well guess what happened, she tried to out do the girl. She knows that this girl won't get a slide and she told her that not to worry about it,because while they are on her little slide,my daughter and son will be at the BIG slide at the "Y". Also, some other comment was made about eating at a friends house and how our kids were not invited..BLAH, BLAH,BLAH....She (my wife) had already started drinking,you could here it in her voice, I tend to not be concerned when she complains and I know she has been drinking............. Not bad for days work? I just got home and June 2nd is only 7 hrs old..
Well lets see, i was supposed to teach this weekend, but, I had to cancel it because I realized that this saturday is free fishing weekend. The local TWRA has a big fishing rodeo for the kids with free fishing, poles,games and food included. They are trying to get more kids into fishing and getting outdoors again.. I think it's great! We have a blast when we go...
We had a great time today at the fishing rodeo. Both kids finally caught fish. they caught 4 each. The kid next to us caught 8 and he was only there for about 2 hrs.. The wife came with us and of course started to complain about it being to hot 20 minutes after we got there... I had to walk away at one point and she actually told the kids that they were making me mad.. I told her it wasn't the kids, then I told her to just forget about it because this day is about fishing and having fun with the kids...Looking forward to our trip next week for the wedding..
We celebrated her birthday today. My son was trying to make something for her and it hasn't quite worked out the way he wanted it too. I knew it wouldn't,so we had to push our party time back 2 hrs while I fixed the problem he was having. I had to sew fabric together, plus wrap what my daughter bought her... She bought Pearls a couple of weeks agao and that was going to be my present to her so she said.. My son gave her my little gifts so that he wouldn't be the only one there without one.. I spent the next few days getting everything ready for the trip, cars,yar and the house. I'm working the next 4 days and won't have time before we leave. She's already coplaing about trying to pack for this trip.. it's only 3 day from begining to end, She is going off like we are leaving for good.. At least we are learning how to deal with it..
She has been complaining that I'm going to be soo tired for the trip because I didn't take off the night before. I'm getting ready to take 2 weeks off for our next trip to PA. I also have to start saving my time for the days off in Dec.
Well I was able to pull some strings and able to work a reverse 24 so I could get the night before we leave off. The trip went well, I had a good time with the family. A lot of drinking and dancing. The kids had a blast, this was their first wedding and it was a traditional "Northern wedding".. Much different from a southern wedding. I think the wife and I argued only once during the trip,
We made it back and of course everything went right back to the way it was before. fathers day came and went, we drove home.She had another schedule opening coming up and our PC started to act up..remember the whole fiasco a few months ago...I could see it now happening all over again. Once again we have no money for me to do anything, BUT!!, she started to get nervous about it and not being able to schedule her time...Guess what!!! All of a sudden I was able to go out and buy Desktop and a Laptop...She seems to find the money when it will be beneficial to her....
Schedule came and went with no problems at all. her new thing now is trying to get me to say " I love you" to her...After what she has put me through the only time I say it is when she tells me to say it..She'll say it to me and when I don't say it to her she'll say well aren't you going to say it to me??? Then I'll say it which is followed with an IMMEDIATE No you don't from her...What am I supposed to say to that???? I have learned over the years that if I push the issue, then she keeps going and going...If I leave it alone...She'll stop..
She does get mad because I will say it to the kids after every conversation and even the dog when i leave the house for work...
REALLY!! What do you expect when you treat and talk to someone like crap???
Last night was my last night rotation from work and it was jumping... The last call we made was a hot 30 y/o who passed out from drinking...She was in her house with friends and they were all drunk and HOT!!! It was almost like when I make a call at the womens prison, as soon as I walk in I hear the cat calls...( Psst... I love it...lol)...Then we went to the ER and the nurses were bored and we started tohave fun flirting and all...It drove me crazy!! Because I was on my way home in a few hours to her...

************ After the last night shift...I got her alone and tried and SUCCESS!!!... Thats 3 for this year, The most times in one year since 2005.**********

I almost said somethng accidentally, I start t say congrats...then I stopped myself...Well June is over.... Lets see what July brings!!
