Today I checked on my honeybees. Of five hives, one is left. In the others, the bees have disappeared. I started the morning by swimming fifty minutes. Cleared my brain. Took the kiddos to dunkin donuts, and then met a lady who is running for political office, and her campaign manager, to look at the bees. Talked politics, and disappearing bees, with the owner of the property where I keep the bees. Fascinating. All of which is to say, I feel like changes are coming. Life is so darned interesting, Never boring, inless you let it be. People are fascinating. Bees are, too. I believe we can be better people, in a better world. We need to talk. Not resort to war. War is never an answer. How can we learn this? We keep on resorting to war.
