Not Knowing Is Always Worse Than Knowing
For me personally, I would rather know about it than not.  The unknown is scarier than the scariest known.  I always ask that people tell me.  I am very understanding.  I can actually take things better than you would think.
I am so incredibly frustrated with myself.  I thought I had my anxiety under control.  That is the last thing I need right now.  A baby problem to make me worthless.  These things don't happen to me.  I am too strong to give in.  I am too independant.  I am too much of a big girl.  Too be honest, I am too proud to let this be my weakness.  I WILL NOT DO THIS.  I have chosen to move my life forward and this is dragging it backwards, kicking and screaming like a child in a grocery store.  I can not let this happen.  This is completely embarrassing.  Maxx asked me what was the matter.  I told him we would talk when no one was around.  At that time I informed him about my anxiety issues. I asked him not to say anything because I don't want alot of people to know.
I can't sleep, I'm having anxiety attacks ..... I AM FALLING APART.
Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!
Someone save me!

Known is Past Tense, once it is konwn it is done and gone.
Uknown is the future, things to come, things to actually look forward to, new gifts, new friends, new experiences, new loves, pretty much everything good.

Trust and Truth though they are a personal things between individuals, and can only be delt with directly with the people involved.

Don't just sink into it though, rage, yell, scream, fight for every moment and make it yours to control.
