I think that the cure is just focusing on the "hunger" at the moment. It is a long slow road, that takes lots of patience. Realizing your "trigger" is half the battle. Just deny the "hunger" one moment at a time.

I have always done well with strangers. I find that people who actually know you, hold you to a higher standard than people who have just met you. You alone have the power to change who you are. You now realize what is going on in your life, so if you want better, now is your chance to take it. You realize things could be better, and you realize that it can be obtained. It just takes alot of effort. Don't ever let someone over shadow you, unless its what you want. Hang in there.
