They may have finally got one right.
IRON MAN is what I think the creator of the charater wanted

Batman is a dark, mean loner that hates everyone but Alfred.  He trusts only Alfred.  They were on their way to making him perfect when they started but then screwed it up.  Even the new movie looks like they(saddly I guess) got The Joker right and still have Batman wrong. MAKE HIM MEANER

Superman was OK at first too, more the second then the first, and if you took Spacey and make him Lex Luthor in the Chris Reeves movie that had Lex in it, it might have worked.  He played Lex perfectly.  Gene Hackman could read the phone book and I would watch, but he was not a good super villlian.
And the Bat is my favorite.  I can see myself as Bruce Wayne in the car, with the gadgets, in the mansion.  I relate to Bruce in some sense in that he wants to love and feel and be normal but he can't.  I figurd it out without the suit now, but I still like Batman.....just no Robin please!!! He is the lone Dark Knight, not poster hero for Big Brothers.

Spiderman is another they seem hell bent on messing up.  Again the first movie was Ok but guess what the whole world can not know this kid is Spiderman and have it work!!!!  He takes off the mask to everyone.
In the next one I think he does it at a Dunkin Donuts!!!

And they did The Hulk right on TV and never have done a good movie yet.  And the new one looks just as bad.

But Downey got Tony Stark right.
It was great.
Yes you can tell who the real bad guy is 10 minutes in, but it did not matter.  THE RIDE WAS FUN!!!!!
The suit, why he did it, how he affords it, why he becomes him all fits perfect and I maybe read one Iron Man comic as a kid.

Then as luck would have it I got to play Tony Stark a bit.
There is a one bedroom DREAM place it seems two blcks from my place.  I am begining to start to begin to look to amybe think about thinking about moving out to a smaller place.  Less expensive place I hope.
Well this is neither!
I saw the sign and called and seemed the guy was there showing the place and almost begged me to come look.  I said i was scouting for a buddy and not sure if that was in his range(not to waste time on his part)but he asked me to at least look.
A cottage
3 floors!
Marble countertops and a great kitchen, but I do not cook...a bedroom that I would LOVE...It is the third floor!!!
But it is 500 more than I pay now so not an option...but who knows maybe I win the lottery and move there till...........well till that wish I made in the well comes true.
