A few months ago  someeone that knows all about me and KP said that they thought it was easy for me to love her given that she was so far away and that I can love her as an idealized image and not a person.  They saw this as love that really had no real consequences as she is as ill as she is. I get to be a hero that gets to love a woman I never can touch, and this is easy in this person's eyes...Frankly I think it makes it harder but what do I know I am just the fool in love...as time has passed this person has learned more about all this and knows FAR more about me and KP than someone who even read the entire blog here would know, and i wanted to know if all that knowledge had changed their opinion. This person thought a bit and said that it was easy in their eyes to say I love you to KP but they were less sure that it was easy to be in love with her given the distance. And that got me thinking....how do I know I love her and I think I have found a simple way to say it in a way that anyone can understand.  Every couple has a song...I mean think back and there is a song that reminds you of an ex the second you hear the first note. And any couple has a song that is THEIR song that they dance to or makes you think of that person in a second...in my case with my wife the only song that does that is our wedding song which she picked and I guess is OK...So it is almost a forced memory. With KP, EVERY song makes me see her in my eyes...well maybe not every one but you get my point. I listen and say "that is a great idea as a wedding song' and then hear 16 more ideas before I go to bed that nite and more the next day and so on....even songs I have heard 1000's of times somehow now fit her.  In my marriage I really let my wife pick as I had no real song that made my heart sing her name, now my heart is losing it's voice I make it sing KP's name so much!!!! One great example of a song I know word for word that now fits us is:                                                                "Beyond The Sea"
