In my family the imediate family celebrates christmas on christmas day and the exteneded family celerbrate on boxing day.
So one boxing day it was someones turn that have the BBQ at their house so we all drive up there and for us it took just over and 1 1/2 hour to get there. So we are sitting down catching up with every one and then they start to cook the BBQ. About 10 minutes of cooking they run out of gas in the BBQ and their is a hord of people waiting to be feed (40 in total). So now they get out every avaiable fry pan tray and anything else they can find to continue cooking, then about 10 minuties in to that the power goes out. As you can guess there was an up roar. So now we can't cook anything at all and there is 40 people waiting to be feed. So that time we ended up eating salad and desserts only.
Wasn't the best way to celebbrate with the family.
Just as everyone was about to call it anight and we were all heading to our cars someone decided that they should check the fuse box, only to discover that they safety switch had flip the power. Seems like use all the power to try and cooked dinner had over loaded the circut. We still went home hungry that night.
