Can I ask why companies think that despite the fact that the person on the other end of the phone is talking in a thick Indian accent, they think we are dumb enough to think they are name Mike Jones?  And waht makes it worse is that when I really press the question they stick too it like American's are pure dopes!!!  I think if we all stopped taking these calls and told the people nicely that we will only take calls from Americans that they would stop.  Any comments?
