I was ready to vomit at first because this sounded like so many posts/chats about people confused after casual sex. And, that is where you are at. I sense a bright light from the heavens shining upon you as if to learn a lesson. It is good you are asking these questions.
I have had similar fears of being where you are. It is a very private/personal matter...but I understand your feelings.
All I can do is wish you luck. And, yes, do be wiser about what you do with your body. Perhaps you can redeem yourself rather than continue the easy habit.
