Well I knwo that I messed up and did not keep up with my post but here is the update.
I am down to 175 and feel great. Not only am I in a smaller size I am happier about myself. It has been a very hard road to this point. There are times late at night that I want to snake on junk food but I am staying strong.
I am now walking/running 5 miles every other day. and doing the biggest loser workout video 4 times a week. I am very tired by the end of the night but I feel great.
One of the things that I have noticed is that I do not sit down for many meals. I tend to eat a lot more when i do. So I try to stand and keep doing other things when it is time to eat.
Please if anyone else wishes to join me in this life changing challange please feel free to tell me your thoughts, you gains and your losses along the road.
