Well I did lose a few more in the last week. It is starting to get harder. I am now running almost 5 miles a day and still watching what I eat. I did go to McDonalds this weekend but i got a kids meal. I got the food I was craving but not all the fat and stuff with a value meal. I hope that everyone that is reading this is doing good. Please let me know how you guys are doing on your weight loss.
