 Equal Protection of Law.
Equal Protection of law.

Since Obama has been in office I have been writing a lot, I write a lot when I get angry.
I don't want People to think that I am one of those who ask for more without putting up
something in return. I received a coment from a lady who said that she thought that people
with a lot of money should share the wealth. I don't think that would be right because I
have been a peice worker and know the frustration of being forced to work for hourly pay
no matter the efficiency of the worker to make up for the lazy who want more for less. I
do however understand that our economic system is based on a set of numbers that limit the
bottom line. Being that the percentage limit is already in place, it can be adjusted easily
to shift the ballance of wealth just a little by instituting peice work as it would force
everyone to pull their own weight.

When I was disabled I was living in a house shared by several constructio workers. The
woman who managed the house had a son who was unmaried and had a girl pregnent. This girl
came right out and asked what I was going to do with my settlement when my court case was
over. I told her I was going to build a future with it. She said that she would help unwed
mothers. I laugthed in her face, and told her I don't pay for other peoples mistakes. She
said that she hadn't made a mistake as she wanted the baby. I said well it looks like you
are going to have to get a job then.

I value dignity and freedom enough to realize that money is hard to come by because you
have to give someone power over you to get it. So why is it allowed for some to limit the
compensation for the working class when the Government has the power to enforce the minimum
wage? If the Government can limit one end of the flow of compensation why can't or won't
they manage the other. It makes no sense to me. all that would change would be the
compensation ratio just a little. You Might ask "but won't that make Government bigger?"
Why should it, all it would do would be for the government to do it's job and protect the
people by passing one law.

Comrade Michael, this needs to be redone.

"share the wealth", there's socialist Obama's favorite line. These people feel safe and free to spout such unAmerican crap without opposition!
Then YOU want gov. to pass a law 'forcing' people to fit into some unknown percentage!!!!! Where's that in the Constitution?

In America you have the right to fail, or the right to succeed. Many people choose to dwell on the bottom of society with minimum wage and others work to rise as high as they can go. Then those on the bottom want and elect politicians to take it from the workers and redistribute the wealth.

Power over you to get it (money)??? That's called a JOB....you do the job you were hired to do and they give your money! What you are paid is mutually agreed upon and a function of the market. Did you expect $1000/hr to sew buttons on a shirt?
You are falling for Obama's 'evil rich white businessman' mentality.

Minimum wage came into being to "protect" those who needed it, the bottom of society. To suggest a limit of how much you can be rewarded for your personal work is unAmerican, unnatural. It sounds like you share more socialist views with Obama than what you have said in the past.

You aren't clear on what the gov. is protecting the poor from by taking money away from those who earned it.

You are really talking 'Unequal Protection under unConstitutional Laws'

In the first place I didn't say we should share the wealth I specificly said that would not be a good idea. What I said was all emlloyment be on a piece work schedule. You could make everything cost effective and there fore cheaper to produce. If you make junk on the job you don't get paid. If you don't produce you work for lower wages, it would be up to you. In other words you carry your own weight. There would also be no need for labor union costs, which comes out of the workers pockets. I for one don't want to carry some lazy bastards survival costs on my back. If we were to follow this formula there would be plenty money available to raise standaed of living for the lower classes. This is the only way you can guaranty equal pay for equal work. As for Protection under the law, get an education. The only people who are free in this country are the greedy, because they have the government in thier pockets. In the future please read what I write not what you think I wrote or don't read my stuff at all. Michael George L'Esperance Patriot

The fatal flaw in "share the wealth" systems is that the wealth always ends up in the control of the tyrants who dictate economies by control of issuance of currency. That places the common people at a severe disadvantage.

Only as long as the lazy permit it. Piece work was good for me as I wasn't one of the lazy people. As for shareing the wealth I was just talking about what I hear stupid lazy people say. Nice to hear from you again. Mike
