Answer: Yes, I think i could do combine different approaches to do this plan, at some ways i will need to many different data about empirical of this plan. Not only experimentation and technology. i need more knowlage about education and business knowlage.

Answer: Looking for the paper about this realm, i really turst some body doing this plan already, I am not the one of only. Also i will going to check the education of every country, thinkiing about their different, because some country's university is fit in this way, but not every one, so this plan might have to change some sepcific to them.

Answer: Game buliding, education skill, English, communicate skill. business manager.

Answer: I can't make sure at the moment, this plan involved in many different and difficult realm, so might have to 10 month or more than.
