I understand exactly how you're feeling. I am currently going through the same experience. Experiencing these thoughts is the worst thing in the world, you need to come out the other side and learn from that experience. Don't follow these experiences, try to resolve what it is that is causing these thoughts.

I saw an emergency Psychologist on thursday as i was a pin prick away from suicide. He told me to set myself little achievable goals. This should you give you a sense of accomplishment and hopefully a glimpse of sanity. Try to concentrate wholeheartedly on what you enjoy doing, but see a councillor also, to explain and talk through your suicidal thoughts.

I know what you mean! I've had that thought on several occasions, most of which I haven't even been depressed or stressed out or anything. Sometimes morbid curiosity creeps in. Hope that you're ok though.

Thanks for your support, achievable goals is a defo good idea, and there is light at the end of the tunnel. Definitely suffering from temporary insanity. I don't always believe in counselling, bad experiences in the past, I often find a good friend or a good rant on a blog is the best thing.
