230lbs which means i am down 9 lbs since last monday. Bougt the nicotine patches today to try and quit smoking.

congrats....it feels good right? I am now down 115 lbs and I feel great. Just dont eat after 6, no bread or fat except maybe some olive oil and drink lots of water. Good Luck on your continued weight loss but dont try to stop smoking too cause as I found out one or the other will give in unless you have an awful lot of willpower.
