Day 1.

Today is 10/22/2007 current weight is 232 lbs goal weight by February 2nd is 170 lbs. {60 lbs}

Measurements: 40dd - 40-45

Goal measurements: 38dd - 31 - 44

 I started returning to the gym lat week monday 10/15/2007 weighing 239lbs. I hae lost 7lbs in the gym alone. I smoke 1 pack a day of cigars black n mild with a goal of 0 packs by end of fast. 

 Tomorrow I buy nicotine patches and put 1 hr in minimum daily towards losing weight.

At current my health isues are heavy eczema, hernia, and carpal tunnel. My first step today was goign to the doctor and setting up referrals to get it all taken care of before february. In february I am going on a ski trip and I want to do it as a new person. Toxin free, healthier, and more disciplined.

thx, screwed up this morning but i learned a lesson. Bought tons of water and flavored shakes fat free to keep me from screwing up any further
