Hi and welcome to my blog. This blog was setup for me to log my fast at the moment it is a 15 day fast but if I can make it to 30 days I will be happy. I am fasting to 1. clear my system, 2. Lose weight. and 3. quittng smoking cigars. Today is day 10/22/2007 and my goal is to see where it can take me. I have done it in the past but never to a point where I watched what I was doing. |

thx, screwed up this morning but i learned a lesson. Bought tons of water and flavored shakes fat free to keep me from screwing up any further (posted in
