I have a reason to be thankful
Yesterday i had a big fight with my father. I have this job working @ a pool and my father wanted to hearĀ  some stories since back when i was young i told him everything. I was in a bad mood so i told him to back off. I was disrespectful. My brother doesn't come home everyday. He spends most of his days at his girlfriend's. he forgot that yesterday he was suppost to spend time with my parents. He didn't show up. Today my parents went out early. I was looking over our movie collection - trying to find "She's the Man" Until i stumbled upon a dvd titled "Family". I was my first Christmas i had in this house. It was 2002. Me and my brother were so happy for the little things. They simply got me a Hello Kitty diary which i still have today. And they gave my brother his first Harry Potter book. My parents couldn't afford all the cool kid toys. They worked 7:00 - 8:00 everyday to give us a roof over our heads. To see our faces when we opened our gifts gave them the biggest simles. Because they knew all their hard work payed off.

How come i'm like this today ? How come they buy me ipods and computers and i disrespect them by telling them to back off. Isn't telling them stories from my day is the least i can do?

To say thanks for everything.
