Hey all,

Life is as good as it gets in Carolina, and I hope the same is true in Seattle (or Yakima, Kirkland, Sammamish, etc.).  My fourth semester of college is winding down, with 6 days of class left before finals, and I figured I'd write to let whatever minority of people read this have an update.

I have had a great semester, taking only four classes but all relatively tough ones.  I finished up all the Spanish work I need to do before I go abroad, so now it's just a matter of when I will actually go abroad.  I have seven more Economics courses to take, two of which I will take this summer, and a few more philosophy courses as well.  As far as classes goes, each semester gets harder, but I am certainly on track to graduate, hopefully with two majors, a minor, and honors in Philosophy (which entails two classes senior year and an honors thesis).

For those who care, after 8+ months of dating, Tracy and I broke up relatively recently.  It was tough for both of us, and I guess if you want to know more you can just ask.

Not a whole lot of other news on this front I guess.  I'm hopefully working remotely at Count Me In again this summer, a nice way to make money since I'll be spending a few hours a day with class and homework.  I've been golfing a fair amount lately, and played the last 8 holes at even par the other day.  On hole 14, a 285-yard par 4 surrounded by water, I drove the green, which was a first for me.  Jeff, my suite/housemate, and I are thinking about trying out for the club golf team next year.  Lord, what an expensive sport to play though.

Otherwise, I'm just anticipating the end of classes and finals and visits from my dad and uncle Steven in the next few weeks.  Hope all is well at home, and give me a call or an email if you'd like a more personal update.
