 No future for Ontario
I really wish it wasn’t so, but here we have the potential for icing on the cake in regards to Ontario’s self destruction, depending on outcome of course.

The fact that this scenario has even made it’s way to the supreme courts is a fallacy, but not surprising.

Top court to hear appeal of Ontario law on seizing crime assets
By THE CANADIAN PRESS

OTTAWA - The Supreme Court of Canada will hear a challenge to the constitutionality of an Ontario law that allows seizure of property obtained through crime
– Ok, in some situations, like wrongful conviction, and in cases where the items were not used in a part of a crime, I am so on your side, until….

The case involves a Toronto-area man who was suspected - but never convicted - of running a marijuana grow operation. – His case sure sounds like it’s getting stronger doesn’t it? Suspected but never convicted. So he’s not a “criminal” just a “person of interest”. However, we can start to see the law enforcements side to this in the next little snipbit.

Robin Chatterjee was stopped by police in 2003 because of a missing licence plate and arrested on an unrelated matter. – Right here, this “preson of intrest” just lost his case. He was missing license plates. Ok sure, most cops out there would give you a time frame to produce your plate. The cops in T.O. certainly have this good Samaritan side to them. Now… he was arrested for another matter. Hmm. Well, his car wouldn’t have been impounded just for missing plates, that is fact, however, on the logical side of things, we know accourding to the article, he was arrested during the missing plate incident for “unknown reasons”. Hmmm.

Well, if you’ve ever witnessed someone getting hauled in after being pulled over, most of you know that a tow truck impounds the vehicle stopped. That’s just a fact. So therefore, all this person needs to do is produce his plate, and now impound fee’s.

But wait…. There’s more!

A search of his car turned up $29,000 in cash and paraphernalia often used in grow-ops. – Uh-oh! Now we have a clear indication that the car was used as a tool of crime. This changes everything.

Ok, the cops bought he wasn’t a part of the drug running (can’t see how with the evidence in the car), but the key word is evidence.

Chatterjee argued that the law is unconstitutional because it allows for seizure of property on a "balance of probabilities" rather than requiring proof beyond a reasonable doubt.- Well, Chatterjee, you’re just an idiot. You’re lucky you don’t have co-conspirator drug charge on you currently (well, maybe you do, maybe you were guilty but got one of those shining champions of injustice to get you off, probably with the money the cops haven’t tacked back to… well, lets not go that far, but your circumstance is highly suspicious.

The Ontario Court of Appeal upheld the lower-court decision allowing the seizure.

Well, that’s good, at least 1 courtroom In all of Ontario still has a shred of common sense. Let’s see If the supreme court wastes the taxpayers money at potentially rewarding criminals with their behaviors.

Unrelated, but worth mentioning;

The recent Steyn incident (I still encourage you all to sign that petition ( http://www.gopetition.com/petitions/a-free-dominion-against- the-hrcs/signatures.html) , 900 isn’t going to cut it people)

Please don' t take that as a demand, take that as encouragement to do your part in a historical event. If you are not up to speed, go to my support Steyn Blog and read the 2 links in the top and bottom articles. It will give you a awsome synopsis of what's wating or perhaps already lurking in your shadows.

I encourage the media mostly to make this international, but since my faith (like alot of others) in the media is next to nil, it's up to us people.

If we don't start stadning up now, we will be physicly fighting the enemy in our neighbourhoods. Remember, if they find naming a teddy bear  muhammad is call for ececution, what do you think might set them off when you start talking to them in public? The work place?

Wake up call has already sounded, and there is still a few groggy eyed decent humans out there who haven't taken much intrest in this.

Which leads me to this;

I ran across this quote a long time ago, but never knew who said it. I don’t give to flips a religious person said it, it’s a quote that you need to really think about in terms of your surrounding and how you think politically (at least that’s the parallel I’ve made for myself) I thought about adding to it, but when I really thought of the quote, it covers all bases with very little words. The reader is the one who ultimately deciphers their own interpretations of things, and here’s mine.

Jew’s = religious reference, who else believes in god? Lot’s of people, and the same god the jews do. I believe the religious community is covered quite nicely in one word. No the Ultimate Kuffar isn’t religious, but shows RESEPCT for religions/philosophies that warrant RESPECT.

Communists = anyone willing to silence and criminalize a way of thinking and living life. I won’t get into specifics, but lets just say this list is long, extensive, and reflects a lot of places around the world right now.

Even though, noone has come for them, I doubt we a society are going to miss them, hence his reference.

Trade unions = Anyone willing to exploit hard working persons. If China fell right now, how many of you would miss them? Yup, keep that thought in your head as you read his words.

First they came for the Jews
and I did not speak out
because I was not a Jew.
Then they came for the Communists
and I did not speak out
because I was not a Communist.
Then they came for the trade unionists
and I did not speak out
because I was not a trade unionist.
Then they came for me
and there was no one left
to speak out for me.

Pastor Martin Niemölle

They are already here people, in various shapes and forms, religious and non religious, sane and insane, so why is it that we can’t find common ground?

We can’t find common ground on our constitutions, we can’t find common ground in traditions, we can’t find common ground in the courts.

Would we all agree that justice, democracy and freedom of speech/thought is what makes us diverse?

So then, why are we slaughtering each and every one of those?

Well, for Ontario, that picture will come more into focus if cases like this actually succeed. Mississauga, Etobicoke, Brampton, and Scarborough should be Ontario’s eye opener, instead are dismissed, bitched about, but always the same resolve. Nothing.

Instead of not votng and eating them, (yes and it's a federal offense to do so!), why not make the difference and vote fer fucks sakes, because you know what? As a former resident of Ontario, a part of me is waiting to see it get what it desreves, but the other part of me, you know the human side of me, doesn't want to think about the horrors that lay ahead for my fellow Canadians. But the thinking part of me, says they are going to deserve every ounce of terror they get considering the politics surrounding the GTA and Ontario.

What a horrible conclusion to make, but, if you've read any of my blogs in regards to the GTA, you'd know there is a major problem which has gone beyond festering, it's about to pop.
