| My Aquarium |
When I moved into my new house, I decided to bought an aquarium to make my life interesting. So I had it made to order.
The aquarium was laid at the mutual corner of dining room and aisle. Because of this, it was shaped as the letter “L”. The space of the aquarium is narrow but long. It is better for us to watch the fishes.
The water world decorated with sand beautiful water plant and plastic models. I feed many fishes even without knowing their formal name. But they all have nice nickname yet. They are----Shenxian Yu (angel fish ), Qingdaofu (Scavenge, I call them Cleaner), Kongque Yu ( Poecillia Reticulate ), Huoju Yu ( Torth ) and Honglvdeng ( Traffic Light in Chinese, Characin ). They are easygoing in their world.
According to my own experience, food and environment are the two most important factors. I use the floating pellets to feed them about every tow days or more. Their greedy action indicates the food is delicious. There is one word of caution, the pellets will cloud the water if not consumed entirely. At one time, it led a serious result that some fishes died. After then I put some pills and salt into water and fetched the hardworking cleaners. The difficult problem finally had been resolved.
Everyday, I spend several minutes to watch them and sometime think about that if I were a fish.
