With Mothers Day being here and I have spent most of the nite on thoughts reading and catching up.......
I just got to thinking about the Days events.
I decided I wanted a dirtbike so I could explore the hills of Tennessee. We go buy me a dirtbike (I use to ride one a long long time ago) and bring it to our place up here and start to unload it and here come a few kids from down the street, we met them briefly one other time being that we are new here, they were on their 4 wheelers and they stopped to help my husband unload the bike, So I get ready to go for a spin, a little nervous I would have to admit but anyway this little 8 year old says come on I'll show you my favorite spot and his Brother 17 says "yeah let's take her there, she will like it." I looked at my husband and said "see I told you I would find someone to ride with me" So off we go and were ripping it around here, well o.k. they were ripping it, I was doing really well but far from ripping it. Anyway so then I come back and they want my husband to go with them, they have some cool spots to show him as well, so they are gone for a while and come back and the 8 year old wants my Husband to get on the back of my motorcycle so we can all go for a ride together, well we all know that's not gonna happen, so I jump on the back and we go tooling around the Hills and see some new Countryside and then come back and they just hang out with us, it was really cool, I enjoyed it alot. This will be the first time I have been away from my kids on Mothers Day and I relized I was feeling a little sad and these boys really made my day.
I told them as they were leaving to make sure they told their Mom Happy Mothers Day tomorrow and be really nice to her and they said they would, and then the little one says but we will be back tomorrow to go riding with you.
Bless his heart!
I think God knew I was feeling a little blue and he sent those Boys over here to cheer me up!
So to the rest of the Mom's out there "Happy Mothers Day!!!!!" |

I had a day like that last summer.
FUN!
I was just thinking about you.
I have been in a funk, not really visiting people.
I feel better now.
I am glad to see you are doing so well.
