Yesterday I was not having a good day, it was a great day with all things considered ,but it was rather shitty, but if you think about how much I learned and how much I had to stretch it was a great day, I survived it and that makes it perfect, actually.
Anyway heres where I need your opinions. I have been really eating healthy and taking my vitamins and working out and then I have an emotional crisis and I didnt work out I didnt take my supplements, didnt drink any water and didnt eat, which I tend to do when I stressed, I can go for days without food. Anyway so heres the question.
Is it better to put nothing at all in your body or put junk food in there?
I do not eat at McDonalds and I do not drink soda. Here i was debating with myself at the drive thru should I do this or would it be better off to continue without any food?
One thing I know for sure, I was punishing myself either way. What do you think?

Hello. Well here i am, a random, giving her opinion.
I think it'd be better to eat the junk. at least you're eating something.
but thats just me.

junk would be better than nothing, but if you cant phathom eating anything pick up a bowel of ceral..instead of MC.D's...and try to shove yourself into your workout on the particually hard days and get all the negative energy out and then you might have an appitite. *smiles*

I think junk food is better than nothing.
When I am hungry...I get so cranky...and I feel sluggish and kind of depressed.
As soon as I eat anything...even candy..I feel better in my emotions instantly.
Food and rest can make the world look a whole lot brighter.
