I challenge you!

I couldnt sleep so I thought great, I can catch up with my friends on Thoughts and see what they are up to.
Crazy how a group of people I have never met can be on my mind thru-out the day.
Its wonderful. What a great group of people.

I have lots of friends, lots of family members that I love and admire and can talk to at any time and yet my friends from Thoughts are still so important to me.

I have always been nice to people and always tried to do nice things for people but in the last couple of months I have really been going the extra mile and showing an extra amount of random acts of kindness and it makes me so happy. I actually think about it on a day to day basis, I use to just be nice and do nice things along the way in my life and now I go out of my way to do, just one more random act of kindness before I finish my day.
People just want to be loved and accepted, I dont care who they are. I make sure to take the time to make eye contact, say hello and smile, it makes all the difference in the world. It feels good to me!
I challenge each one of you reading this to do just one random act of kindness a day, I mean go out of your way to do an act of kindness. Ask people you know to do the same, and ask them to ask another. Lets all make this world a better place. Peace!

		Hey TJ, I've recently tried living by the thought that "The standard you walk past is the standard you accept." (I even did a blog about it!) and I have to say that it has made me happier to know that each day I am helping people (even those I don't know) by fixing small things I see as I go past. So good on you and your random acts of kindness! Cheers.
