Sounds goofy, but I always seem to get so busy that I dont take the time to pee. This may not sound like much to you, but when I look at the big picture, it is huge.
I was talking to a friend the other day and I told her, can you believe I have had to pee for 3 hours and have not taken the time out to go. She said,, you should pee when you need to. It's nice to pee when you need to. I didnt give it any more thought then, shes right, if you gotta pee, pee. Simple right?
Then the next day I was reading an e-mail from her and she said, I'm glad you are doing so well and flying high, but CAUTION
That's when it hit me, I always do that I get so busy taking take of others that I forget to take care of myself. It is as simple as, if I need to pee, I should pee. Slow down and remember, if I dont take care of myself, how can I take care of others? I wont be around to take care of anybody. Ahhhhh haaaaaa! I get! I got it! Thank- you Barbara thank you for reminding me.

Chuckles at this - but yeah, dont 'hold' it [er, pardon the pun - lil laugh] or otherwise you'll end up with an infection too
when you needs to go - GO!

not following your body can really screw you up - in the end you won't know when you need to go and when you don't! you might end up peeing your pants because your bladder is so confused.

It is very important to care for yourself. You should be the one person in the world that has your well being in mind at all times.
I harp about self love on purpose.
Love for ourselves is where love for others comes from.
You need to refuel..take some time for you.
Spoil yourself once in awhile.
Pee for goodness sake...haha.
