tony first of all beautiful poem.. and i love that you had a place to go to when you were a kid.. maybe its time to find that place again as a man to go and sit and think and just be.

| Asking God to shower your heart and spirit with peace, strength, calmness and love. Go to your place and just be. Sometimes we have to stop trying and just roll up in a ball and rest. Your profile doesn't say if you are a Christian. I have a song that has gotten me through some very dark days. It is a Christian song and some people are uncomfortable with religious songs and such.
