| Decleration of Independance

Norman Rockwell never painted me in his pictures. Society never had a place for a mind like mine. I spent my whole life trying to live in a world that wanted me to be someone else because the world refused to accept me. I found streangth in a smile, and courage in her touch. I became better because she showed me I was. She left me, she no longer loves me, and for a moment I thought that ment I wasn't all the good she told me I was. But I am. I am worthwhile, I am good and decent. I do have value, and I will be strong. Without her. Without you (society).
This is my decleration of independance. This day I declare that I will stand on my own two feet, that I will stumble and at times crawl, but my streangth will be shown not in my standing, but in that I get up everytime I fall. I will get my nurseing degree, I will attain a masters in psychology, and I will be better than you ever gave me credit for. I dont need you (Tiff), though I want you. I cant be what you(mom) want me to be ,and I dont care how you(society) see's me. I am better than that!

I will, never wallow in self pity again, this decleration will always stand, and I may add a few lines from time to time, but it will be my mantra ,from now on. thank you all for your kind words
