| Breakup poem (this really sucks!)

what makes you think I'll sit and wait
while you try to decide?
why should I hold the phone
while you're out every night?
why should I call when you're so busy
you cant speak to me?
or hope you call when you get through,
so that maybe we can meet?
how can you expect me
to just sit here and cry
while you're out there doing God knows what
with I can only imagine what guy?
how come I should be at home
while you're out running 'round,
when you know as well as I do
how ridiculus that sounds?
why would I even think you mean
I love you when you say it
when you're telling everyone
our break up's in the making?
why do I do these things, I ask,
well the answer is so clear
I do them because I love you Tiff
..... fuck it! I need another beer!
This poem is in noway trying to imply anything negative about my girlfriend/exgirlfriend. I'm pouring out my heart and I never come between my heart and my hands when I write. Tiffanie is an amazing woman, who I hurt so she left me, and now we're going through some things and I'm a little confused so I came here to let it out. |

Let the pen flow, my friend, as it has helped me many times. Just don't drink so much ya end up lost in mexico. Seriously though, it is a well written piece, and hope the best for you.

Feel free to use this avenue to vent any fustrations or happiness you endure. I am sorry to hear of your breakup, but I urge you to offer forgiveness to Tiffanie in the hope that things can get back to where they were.
