Yes. It should be legal. It is a part of every society. Like with drugs, if prostitution would become legal, it would be affected by free market - supply and demands. Most likely, it would make a positive impact on sex trafficking and our taxes.

i think its sad people feel the need or have to resort to doing that.but if they do have to do it then there must be a good reason for it..legal, no...
but they should be able and get the help they need instead of getting locked up and owing more money.

No, because it would further demoralize people.

As with any black market business, if it is legalized the bottom would drop out of the market and eventually we'd see government bailouts for PIMPS, Inc. and other such commercial institutions and these businesses would start hiring prostitutes on a part-time basis so they don't have to pay medical and dental benefits. Kind of like most of the workforce today.
