 When Nobody's Listening
It's the end of the year, it's the end of the fiscal year (I'm in finance) and it's fundraising time.  Those things combiine to make a very stressful month.  I raised concerns early on that the work load was too heavy and I've had a headache since.  Unfortunately my concerns fell on deaf ears.  Now one of my co-workers is sick, and we just let go a new employee meant to take some of the load.

This is a common problem where I work.  I have two explanations for the lack of change:  1) I'm not speaking effectively or 2) My supervisor's not sticking up for me or lobbying my case.

So.  How do I go about getting people to realize that the workload placed on my shoulders is way too great?  I'm at the tipping point, I think.  I'd love some advice on this one.
