You know why I had time to blog yesterday? Because people were late with their cash flow projections. Again. And I'm not high enough in the chain of command to say anything. That falls on my supervisor, who in many ways is awesome but in this way sucks!

It's the worst when you feel like nobody hears you. You're in so much pain that it seems like everyone should just be able to see, like a flashing neon sign.

Did you ever find out what happened?
First, there's no point to guilt. It doesn't really give you anything. How you reacted doesn't matter too much, either. The real question is: What do you do with that experience?
