It is hard to live with. People tell me that I would be just fine by myself and that I am strong but i just dont feel like it!

From expierence I would have to say that in most situations best friends of opposite sex do always like each other (MOST!!!).
Why would you doubt he really does like you.........Confidence girl.......he likes you enough to be best friends...So that is a good sign.
