 I'm Back...
Hey everybody!
Sorry I haven't wrote for a few days, not that the egotistical monsters that don't read my blog care. They care more about how much toe hair they have, probably...
I knew I said I wouldn't be deep, but I just sometimes have to be, and I hope that's ok with you. I'm going through some major changes in my life right now, and I need to be deep for my own sanity. :D
I have this habit of making thouroghly ingenious plans and then decidedly shouting them to the world. Trying to stop that, but ok. My brother showed me some new bands (new to me,  you may already know of them) today and yesterday, so I want to share them with you. Check them out on Youtube or iTunes or LimeWire or whatever else you may use that will hve them:
1. Our Lady Peace (search the songs Angels/Losing/Sleep, Innocent, Life, Will the Future Blame Us, and Is Anybody Home?)
2. Stephen Speaks (search the song 'Out of my League'.... I think it's him, I'll check up on it.)
3. Dave Melillo
4. Spilled Canvas
5. Secondhand Serenade
Also, here are some people/bands that I like:
1. Taylor Swift
2. Fall Out Boy (big with the teens, but Thnks Fr Th Mmrs is good)
3. Relient K
4. Stephen Lynch (not for the fainthearted or goody-goodies. Songs include Superhero, Kill a Kitten, and Dead Puppies Aren't Much Fun. More of a humorous person than a hardcore musician.)
Anyway, those are all good. If you haven't already heard them, try them out. I understand that some people may not like them, but I recently opened my mind to all of these from a previously Country-only music range and found that I liked what was there. I play guitar and sing, and if you are a musician, you will find as I have that listening to all these different types of things really helps with the songwriting and skills. You learn many different notes, chords, etc., and it also helps you expand your vocal range and repetoire (did I spell that right?) This library is very wierd, the one I'm sitting in. The lady next to me is (it seems) trying to read what I am writing. Not that it is very private, being posted on the World Wide Web, for heaven's sake, but she obviously thinks that she needs to butt in on what could very well be a private thing. Not that it is.
STOP LOOKING AT THIS, WOMAN!!!! LOOK AT IT AFTER IT'S BEEN POSTED!!!
Haha.
Goodbye for now,
