| My lifelong friend, who retired from the Air Force a year ago, was an attache in the American Embassy in Armenia. He was in charge sometimes, when an officer there left on a trip. I can't imagine my friend ever condoning and passing along such tactics. I believe this report from Bolivia is just a rumor. |

| Your friend was in Bolivia...He was retired from the airforce...he was in charge sometimes...you can't imagine he would condone or pass along such tactics...he's one individual...I guess that would certainly qualify this article as a rumor. And of course...you would know!!! |
