DanRafman Too Bad that was not the case for all. ON the day the Twin Towers fell, after the shock wore off, while others became angry and wanted revenge, my own heart said it is the beginning of American reconing. It was not time to act with more violence, but was a time for the U.S. to begin repenting of it's ways. It was a clear signal to change foreign policy to begin benefiting humanity. Unfortunately, the wrong man was in the White House...and he could not understand this though he claims to be a born again Christian. I guess he doesn't understand the idea of reconciliation with God. Something on the line of the parable of the unrighteous servent. I've posted a video to my blog you may want to watch...it's a 4 minute song...hope you'll check it out

Unfortunately, those dollars are spent under the illusion of help and liberation but seem to be doing exactly what seems to fuel wars. Its High time we stopped relying on the dollars which we cannot seem cotrol the usage of and placing our efforts into real effort. i.e. fellowship in teaching how to fish...and placing no value on what can be given, but simply to give what we value apart from any monetary figure.

There are as many interpretations of the Bible as there are people who have read it...how each individual interprets it is a revelation of his or her own heart. The Book is meant to expose through the very truths that it teaches what lays in that individuals own heart, meant for the betterment of that same individual if he or she would only look into the things that the Bible exposes about that person. All too often though, many who have read the bible go about judging others according to how the truth judges their own heart, completely missing an opporunity to grow. Sure, we all like to look at some of the good things the bible teaches and pat ourselves on the back for what we exhibit, yet completely turning away from those areas of their life that could use improvement while judging others according to their own standard of goodness that they found applies to them from the word. But what we should all discover is that none of us are all those things that the bible teaches, yet we are all some. None of us practices all that the bible says we should and therefore puts every individual on the level plain of humanity with no one having the right to exhault themselves over anyone, no one being holier than thou, and all in need of the redeeming forgiveness as found through the only shed blood worthy to fulfill this promise. It is a simple matter of forgiveness from the imperfections that it is the bible's intention of making us aware of. There is no redemption found in practicing what it teaches as none are able to do this perfectly as Christ was able. However, in accepting this perfect sacrifice, God no longer sees the imperfections of our flesh but as the apple of His eye, Christ stands in the gap between our heart, which is deceiptful, and our soul, which God owns. Believe this or not...but no matter whether you do or you don't won't change this truth. God does not change...He is the same today as He was yesterday, and will be tomorrow. How He revealed Himself over the milenium has to us been different, but these characteristics have always been a part of His nature. He has not even come near revealing himself in His entirety as it will be our pusuit through eternity.
