It happens to me a lot, you just feel like your just going through the motions in life, not really progressing not regressing but just existing. I wish I knew why it happend but I don't, my advice would be to keep on going forward, this feeling doesnt stay forever something will come along and you'll feel like yourself again. Best of Luck!
