I worked all day, got home at six, and turned out that I was a lot more tired than I first anticipated and ended up sleeping til 8:30. It was too late to run, especially with the weather there is now, so I stuck to our original workout.
25 sit ups X 5 reps = 125
15 push ups X 5 reps = 75
12 rubberband arm flexes X 5 = 60
Easy day, and I'm about to call it a night.
