Arranged Marriage
Although arranged marriages are understandable, and may prove to be more successful, I would never want someone else choose who I would spend the rest of my life with.
The United States has the largest divorce rate in the world with “forty-three percent of first marriages” filing for divorce (Jackson). Although proven to have a lower divorce rate, arranged marriages often fail but the couple does not get divorced because of religious reasons.
