| Can't sleep, worried sick.

Here it is, 4.30 am and I have to go out in a couple of hours. I went to bed early, but woke up in a cold sweat, worried sick and feeling very fearful.
I know I can beat this thing but I never had a " foe " this tough before.
It will take all my strength and all my will power to " topple " this thing.
Yes, I guess I will need all the support I can get as well.
Thats the troublesome part.
Our lives are just getting real good with each other.
We have a really nice new apartment, we both joined a health club.
I've gone back to working full time hours so we can get the little things we want. So its all been good till this.
Will she be able to cope ?
Will she be able to handle my down days when I get so frustrated ?
Will she be able to handle my mood swings? ( she does that enough now )
The doctor said I was one pill away from insulin and two pills away from having to get my blood cleaned every couple of days.
I really don't think I can deal with that.
I know many people do but I don't think I could ever be counted as one of them. Nor do I have any wish to subject my good, sweet lady to that either.
So battle I must, only this time its a battle that deep down I know I could lose.
I never had that before. Every battle I 've fought, there was never any doubt that I would win. This time I'm not so sure.
So its time that this " knight " rode off again to battle.
Only difference is this time, I might not be coming back, not the way I left or if its really bad, not at all.

You can and will win honey, and you mustn't worry about your lady so much, we are all aware that when we commit to a serious relationship that there will be times when we have to support each other, thats what life is all about, we don't just find a mate to have fun and frolics, we look out for each other in good times and bad, you would do the same for her if the roles were reversed, and i'm sure she has told you the same, don't let it get you down honey, you can fight this and you will win!
and besides that you have a whole family here at thoughts to stick by you if you need us, remember, if you need us, we're only a keyboard away ;)

Temp, guys like you do not give in to doubt. Stay strong, my friend, and will yourself to be victorious. The fair maidens by our side is part of what gives us courage and strength to win against any odds, let her be by your side in this time of need. And know we are there as well. Templar, as missmarie said, you have a whole family of friends here, all you need do is log in and we're here, 24/7
You will be strong together, we don't commit to lifetimes relationships just to fall at the first hurdle.
So, lift up that chin, don the helmet of a templar knight and come out fighting.
