Tonight while I was at church it actually snowed!
Whiter than snow.
You know when God cleanses us from sin, He makes us whiter than snow. I love watching the snow blow in mesmerizing patterns, and to think we could become whiter than that?
"Cleanse me with hyssop, and I will be clean; wash me, and I will be whiter than snow." (Psalm 51:7)
That is some serious Mr. Clean.
"If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just and will forgive us our sins and purify us from all unrighteousness." (1 John 1:9)
He washes us. He takes all of the dirty sins. He takes the hurt. He takes the hang-ups. He takes the addictions. He takes the fear. He takes it. He wants to, because He loves us. He makes us ... because He wants to ... whiter than snow ...
"Now wash me, Lord, and I too shall be whiter than snow ..."
