Good luck! You can do it. You will be surprised how good it makes you feel, even if you only go for a 10 minute walk every day. It seriously energizes the body. It's hard to get out, and get it done ... but once you do you sure do feel better. I wish you the best!

You know, when you diet and you blow it. My husband taught me that you have to go straight back at whatever diet plan your are on ... the next day .. and take it seriously of course. Don't give up, you can do it. Look at the positive!

He loves us enough to die for us. Think about a father sending his only son to die for the mistakes that we make. God did just that, he sent his only son Jesus. He also gave us free will, we can choose to either walk with Him, or alone. It's up to us ... but he surely hopes we choose with...
