Family,of course. And health is the second most important factor. If I didn't have my family and good health, how would the other options matter?

They're all pretty important to me. Since I have no wife or children, and since my siblings don't seem to have much use for me, anymore, family isn't quite so important as the rest. And I like sex a lot more than I like my job or money, but a man without a job is usually a man without money, and a man without money is usually a man without sex. So, ultimately, health, career, and money are as important as sex, because a breach in that chain will virtually guarantee no sex.

They all tie together at family. Without ones health one can lose family. Without a career we can begin to feel worthless and than who in our family will gain from being around us? Without money how can we provide for our family? Without sex how will the family grow? (though I think if you put that as relationship with wife than you can view it as necessary for balance and harmony in the home.)
