what do you think about distance relationships- do they always work

They usually don't work, unless there is a chance that the long distance part wont be that long. People just need something physical in front of them. Like say your girlfriend had to move across the country for 6 months for work, you could probably survive that, or if your husband was in the war and shipped off.. But say you met someone while vacationing in Mexico, you both lived on opposite sides of the US, both had careers that you couldnt leave, you might want to make it work, but eventually because there is no chance of you guys having anything physical for very long, its just not going to work.

They never work unless someone can afford to move closer to him or her. My friend tried it and he got dumped any way. He was saving up to move but never saw her in person. My advise would be don't do it unless you can afford to move.
