I blog here and I blog there, but as a rule I blog on sites where my identity is open to all!
So here's a blog which I'm doing incognito, as it were, so I can vent and get things off my chest without fear of reprisals.
Fact is, I'm miserable. A total old rat-bag-misery-guts. I love my job but it's exhausting me. I'm teaching English and I head up KS4 English in a fairly average-good type of comprehensive. The money's OK but I reckon I'm working 80 hours a week. My house is a bloody mess; my kitchen would be closed down by Environemental Health if it was a restaurant; my daughter gets ignored.
I'm 37 and I used to look young but I'm turning into an scraggy old lady.
But the worst thing is I feel like I've got so much to give, but I'm really lonely. I have no social life whatsoever. I can't really see the point of getting up in the morning. I'm sitting here thinking about starting smoking again when a cigarette hasn't passed my lips for 12 years.
Hmmph.
